Demographics is the heart of the majority of business decisions. The lucrative art of positioning ones self for prosperity, longevity and to simply survey... It is essential for your business to know who your target audience is. Establish a niche topic, locate your customers and unleash your marketing campaign.

Generation y, the "Echo Boomers"
Generation y is were the bulk of your profit will come from. The "echo boomers" is what they call them, and these 72 million young computer literate prosperous peoples impact on marketing has been immense... Generation y is driven on motivation, there attraction to instant gratification allows us marketers to leverage this attraction by simply providing what they want when they desire it. Provide them with the ability to provide continuous feedback, thus providing this generation with the comfort and security of feeling important...

Effective Target Marketing
True or false... Is your target market every single mortal with a beating heart? No. The dimensions of your wallet, couldn't possibly compensate the mass budget required to target all markets period... Define your target market while simultaneously possessing the essential ability to discover your defined target audience, then proceeding to convince the need of your product or service to that audience. However, if you are required to convince your target audience your product or service is in need, or you can't find them. The market you've chosen is not a good market.

The Importance of managing change...
Establish a niche topic tailor made for your defined audience. The survival of your business is based upon your unique understanding of the single most relevant constant in a business environment...change. Businesses like google and ebay are prosperous because they uniquely understand this important concept. The pay close attention to there specific business environment or market in which they're operating in. As well as the trends in which affect all businesses, then proceeding to successfully adapt to those trends.
The ability of identifying potential opportunities, through effectively managing change is essential to the art of dodging the tales of business failure...

What Niche Please help...
Deciding which niche top is best, is were the majority of us are misinformed or are partially confused...
If your having a problem deciding which niche topic to choose. Then I recommend writing down topics of interests in which you are passionate about, or are an expert or have great interest in. Simultaneously inputting both general and sub niche topics to choose from. For example, a general niche topic would be dogs while a sub niche topic would be pitbulls. Next is to label each niche topic with a problem it's facing, then proceeding to narrow it down to the most profitable niche. Discover which niche topic is most profitable, by inputting each niche topics keyword in google. Whatever niche topics' keyword produces the highest results, naturally you want to pick this niche to market to. However, if you are more passionate about a keyword topic which produced lower results in google. Simply select that one. Passion over potential profit any day...

The Social Web...
An additional strategy you could embrace is obtaining real time data and information, provided by social networking websites. Social networking sites are the essential unique features, of the new web 2.0 technology... With social websites like myspace, ebay, youtube or wowzza. The end users is no-longer the user of the website, but a participant providing feedback, and data into the applications. Additionally social websites provide us with an excellent resource of discovering what's on the mind of our customers. Thus allowing us the intangible tools of getting inside the minds of our customers. Which is essential to selling any product or service, or when in the beginning process of deciding which product or service you want to provide.

Google trends: Discover what your customers are searching for.
Trends change almost as swift as the rate of changing gas prices... Sometimes hourly, weekly, or even 1 minute. Trends online are specifically keywords or keywords phrases in which your potential customers are searching for... www.google.com/trends

Naturally you want to be aware of the top hot markets, embrace them most effectively by possessing the ability to identify potential opportunities. An intergrate these changing trends by adapting to the overall general concept of the top hot markets. To discover what the hot markets are, simply go to www.google.com/trends. An you'll see the Top ten Hot Trends as Google calls them on the home page. Select,"more hot trends" on the bottom page to view the other top 100 hot markets you potentially can discover many opportunities. Now when I say adapt to the over all changes of the hot markets, I mean if you see that the majority of the top hot trends are about sports, or specifically about golf. Then on this day you should provide content referencing sports and/or golf in a way that it relates to your niche topic. Provide some incentives to your customers related to golf for example, "If Tiger Woods wins the U.S. open, I will give every buying customer my free product (or service) along with the chance to win brand new free golf clubs."

How to discover what my customer is thinking...

It is a true blessing for marketers to be able to have knowledge of what customers are searching for. A profit yes a profit is being made off customer search results through ad programs like google adwords. Knowing what's on the minds of potential customers is priceless. There are many effective strategies to discover what's on the minds of your customers by using social websites. A social bookmarking site called Digg is the perfect example of customer thoughts... Digg allows its users to submit the url of any topic, picture, or video. Thus allowing all other users and visitors to view what they believe to be of interest or relevant to them. Digg allows you to view the most popular topics, news, videos and images. We can even discover what is the most popular topic, in our general niche category by selecting world and business. An then proceed to business and finance to view what interests our potential customers in our general niche topic category of business. We can leverage the ideas of both google.com/trends and Digg by discovering what the general concept of the trends are in google trends. Then proceeding to digg and leveraging that concept by going to the specific topic category, and viewing what is most popular in that category. Adapt accordingly as I discussed earlier.

Marketers can use digg to increase exposure, by writing content and submitting any form of interesting topics through your website or blog. Digg allows you to view what's on your customers minds, all you have to do is go to digg's home page and see the most popular topics.

Technorati: The Blog Search Engine.

Blogs are hot now a days... Technorati is a blog search engine in which allows us to view what others are writing about. Technorati even provides the mostly used tags at technorati.com/blogging We can search technorati, and input our niche topics keywords to view what others are writing about on our topics. For example, if your niche topic is about list building or email marketing. Input those keywords into technorati, then proceed to click the list building tag in the related tags to view specific articles about list building.

Discover What's Selling: Ebay

We now know what are customers are searching for, and we know what's they are thinking... But the question is, what is actually worthy enough to our customers so that they discover there right-hand and politely use it in a way that dramatically increases the dimensions of our wallets... Just because someone is searching for something, it doesn't mean they are willing to buy into it. The ultimate goal of a business is to acquire a profit, the items customers inquire for aren't necessarily "buy" worthy. To obtain any profit, a business is required to sell a product or service... The ability to discover what's selling is a wonderful skill to possess. Discovering or stumbling upon what specific category of product or services customers are willing and able to buy is essential to the art of business prosperity...
Trends change at the rate in which many of us wish our pay cycle could mimic. There are certain business environment netiquette (unwritten code of rules) when your primary mission is successfully selling.

Businesses like ebay and google are uniquely aware that know single business is large or powerful enough to manufacture major changes in the eternal business environment. For example, demographic, social, competitive, economical business environments. Businesses know through effective strategies, global competition can be uniquely controlled by using strategies which influence eternal business events. In Washington D.C. on October of 2005 a lobbying office which focus on the internet and telecommunications and copyright was opened by google.

No you can't force your customers to buy your product or service... However, you retain the essential privilege of leveraging what customers are in real time buying by using ebay. Proceed to incorporate your vital findings into your business model. This is why knowledge was recently added as an essential vehicle for business prosperity. The ability to leverage your competitors resources, is a priceless skill.

Discover what customers are Buying: Ebay

Ebay can be leveraged in several ways... To discover what customers are buying go to ebay.com Proceed to click on Categories on the top left-hand corner of your browser. When I went to ebay myself, I discovered that the Clothing,Shoes and Accessories Category. Along with the jewelry and watches category, were consistently the categories customers buy from the most. I noticed that Women Clothing (829921) is were the majority of the profit on that specific category was. For the men, men's clothing (371817) was the were the profit was also coming from in this category. Additionally, ebay provides us with the ability to narrow it down to a sub niche like category of for example women's clothing that are most profitable in this particular category. For example, when clicking on the link entitled,"Women Clothing" within the clothing, shoes and accessories category. You can view what particular item of clothing is selling the most. Noticed that Shirts and Tops are king in terms of popularity in this particular category. Use this knowledge when providing your main product of service, and leverage this by for example using these products as incentives. While additionally, as I stated earlier in this article you can simply relate this item(s) in the content you provide in a unique way so that it relates to your business model...

Use incentives in which relate to your product. An leverage the jewelry and watches category, or any other high profit category in the same manner as the above method.

List Building GEms

A potential customer receiving valued information about a product or service via Opt-in is known as a Lead...A person possessing interest in what you have to offer. Leads are a excellent strategy for effective list building, and how you use each gem will determine your success in Opt-in email marketing...

I suppose you're thinking about of course attempting to politely introduce your product or service to all your gems. Why not? That's what they've signed up for...right. No. You have to understand that when this lead stumbled upon your opt-in form, they were unaware of what really occurred...

Developing, and building the also important credibility is the not only proper, but increasingly more profitable in the long-run. You don't want to immediately sell to your leads because perhaps for example you might be contacting them at a low point in there lives. Instead allow your gems to develop a foundation of trust, and friendship, thus bridging the choosing gap between them in your profitable assets. Building a relationship with your gems, and allowing them to process at there own pace will have all your gems actually asking you about your assets without you even having to say one thing about it.

An ambitious individual such as yourself believes in obtaining a profitable list...
Everyone of you are aware of the...well..mind bottling profit in opt-in email marketing. For every one dollar spent in email marketing, on average a return of 57 dollars is to be in your wallet by daylight my friends... So to waste that one dollar on buying leads can have you missing out on this incredible return investment.
Buying leads is tricky business, and I hate to break it to you but do you really "buy" into leads only exclusive to you my friend... Now you know how I just love stats, did you know on average a single lead could be owned by up to a thousand different people... So don't expect any break through miracles in terms of obtaining any real profit from buying hundredths, or even one hundredth thousands of leads because they ain't buying it period.

A risky but effective solution to your problems is establishing your very own lovely lead capture page, aka squeeze page. A lead capture page is a individual page in which you provide something of value to your visitors, in exchange for there contact information.

Lead capture are risky because your "due process" will only allow financial security. Provided you obtain the required knowledgeable assets, of high traffic keyword categories for extreme effectiveness via lead capture page. The endless hair pulling process of time consuming keyword research for your brand or niche topic are the knowledgeable assets required for a swarm of traffic. Thus providing gems here, there, everywhere via free search engine traffic. As what is said when deleting all spam messages in your gmail email account,"Hooray!" your dreams of never having to purchase Paper per click (PPC) advertisements are now reality...

In the real world the paper per clicks surrounding this article, are a reflection of your perspective... You've seen these replicates before just the other day. Why would you click them again? You know what you'll be viewing. And you know what there about...
Think of your gems in a similar manner, respect them as you should respect those who contribute there resources, time and money to acquire a gem... A clicking ray of hope is the icing on the cake (sell). It is nothing more, and should not be top on by more than a single cherry of appreciation for your gems valued click of self empowerment towards what you can assume they believe to be a profitable asset...

Above all else, respect that your lead clicked your pay button, now they have become your gem. They hunted you down and found you and demanded you provide your valuable product or service to them for financial empowerment.

Thus he/or she is a gem that will last for a lifetime...

Thousands upon thousands of emails arriving and stacking up in your bulk email. Spamming is Destroying this foundation called trust, thus admiral hard workers like me and you suffer. Now a days people are iffy about opt-ins, and freely handing over there emailing address to us...

How we are Spammed.

So is there a way to completely STOP spam? No. But there is an Outlet to a happily ever after spam-free viewing life!

So here's How You STOP spam.

If you own a website with autoresponders, email forwarding and email programs like outlook or outlook express capabilities then simply set up 2 different webmail addresses. Set up a public emailing address, and a private email address. Because spam sources won't respond to an autoresponder message, set up your public email address so that it forwards to a autoresponder email address requiring the sender to verification practices. For example, forward your public address (name@yourdomain.com) to a autoresponder address (name2@yourdomain.com) In the Verification request autoresponder message state something like: "Your arriving email to (yourname here) is subject to verification before delivery. Please send your message to name2@yourdomain.com (Private address you set up earlier) for review.
I apologize for the extra step, but it is needed for stopping spam email.
Please do not reply to this message, it has been sent by an autoresponder."

Privacy email address set up.

Your privacy email address should be set-up on emailing programs like outlook or outlook express. Within your privacy address, create a welcome email folder in a POP email programs as I discussed earlier. Set up separate accounts or folders for your friends, family and business communications by using your address book list. Based on sender address residing in your address book list, structure routing rule messages for each folder. For example, when your friends in your address book list email you, they arrive only in the Friends folder for your viewing of friends only emails. It's the same method with the other folders you established earlier.

A Spam FREE Life!

Yes, a Spam Free viewing is in your future, because automatically messages from your business partners, friends and family arrive in there respective folders.

Periodically you want to scan your messages at your private email address. If you discover a message from a sender you want to reply to, set up the routing rule like before by simply replying to the message for that sending email address.

POP or IMAP?

Email: danardvincente@gmail.com
The most common way used to access email is known as Post Office Protocol, or POP. Emails or messages that arrive to you are stored on POP severs at your ISP, or Internet Service Provider. Once connected to your POP account, messages are downloaded to your computer and remain here until you remove them.

Who Should use POP and who Shouldn't

Althought POP email programs are good for people who usually don't use or have to manage or work with there email on other computers. POP email programs aren't good for any individual who is required to use or work with there email on other computers outside of there own. The reason why this is so is because POP email programs do not allow you to work with your emails on another computer. An example of POP emailing programs are, outlook express or microsoft outlook eudora etc...(you are only able to view and work with your emails on your personal computer.)

What is IMAP?

Email messages are either downloaded (POP), or remain on your computer (IMAP). IMAP or internet Message Access Protocol emailing programs are more well-rounded and efficent. IMAP allows access to your incoming emails on any computer your using. Any email messages that arrive at a IMAP email account remain on the server until deleted.

Anyone who uses a telephone modern to connect to the internet. IMAP provides you with the ability to decrease of limit or completely stop messages from being stored on your local hard disk...Yes, you have choosen options, like whether or not you want to download messages only when you read your messages. Thus increasing the overall performance if using a telephone modern to connect to the internet.

IMAP Provides a "Caching" Option...

Have you ever found it to be frustrating to not be able to view or manage your emails because your internet connection is down...=(
IMAP provides a "Caching" option in which your allowed to copy you mail on to your computer, thus positioning yourself so your able to view and manage your mail on-line
as well as Off-line to...^_^

Restrictions may apply depending on your ISP, or Internet Service Provider. Mainly the amount of messages your allowed to download and keep on the IMAP server, additionally how large each message can be.

Email Marketing-The Importance of Email Space For Customer Relations and Effective List Building

Email Me at: danardvincente@gmail.com

Before I discuss what email space is, and how it's related to effectively building relationships with your prospects. I want to make sure you are aware of the difference between bandwidth, and storage.

What Storage is.

Webmasters are limited to the amount of information or data in which can be stored on there website. This type of limitation is known as storage. Imagine a stadium (or server) with the capacity of allowing 10,000 people to park there vehicle in the parking lot. Each vehicle is valued at 1 MB of mega bytes so the maximum amount of mega bytes or vehicles you can park or store in this particular stadium or server is 10,000 mega bytes.

What Bandwidth is.

Webmasters are also limited to the amount of information or data which can be downloaded to there websites in a certain amount of time. Imagine the entrance to the stadium is narrow. Lets say your in a rental truck valued at 3,000 mega bytes, when you drive this truck (or data) through the narrow park entrance 3,000 of your 10,000 bandwidth space is took up. Occasionally bandwidth is limited to for example, renting only one truck, or only one download. Under these circumstance this is all that can be fitted in your bandwidth limit. Any additional data or trucks are stopped from being rented or downloaded until the previously rented truck or data is finished driving through the narrow entrance or is finished being fully downloaded.

Webmasters usually encounter or possess a website with a bandwidth limited to, for example renting a certain amount of trucks or storing a certain amount of data on a per month, per week bases.
Keeping in mind the amount of bandwidth is limited to 10,000 mega bytes per hour, if you for example rent two trucks valued at 5,000 mega bytes your bandwidth has reached it's limit. Your pc or computer deny any requests to access any more trucks or data by using a barrier between the truck or data and the pc.

What are my options at this point?

Once you run out of bandwidth, your website will no longer work properly. Because any data or trucks that are stored can not be downloaded or rented. Your options are to discontinue access to your website until bandwidth is reduced or reset. Or be charged for extra bandwidth...

Putting it together with Email Space...

Now that you have an understanding of what storage is, we can now discuss email space. Internet service providers, or ISP provide you with a email account with a email quota or default storage space of 500 mega bytes. There are different types of email services such as POP, or IMAP. POP or post office protocal is the most commonly used email service, and when you check your mail the messages are downloaded to your mail server until removed. Examples of a POP email service is microsoft outlook, or outlook express, this type of email service only allows access to manage and work with your mail on your own server or computer only. IMAP allows access to your incoming emails on any computer your using. Unlike POP, email messages arriving to you remain on your Internet service providers mail server until deleted.

Whether your using POP or IMAP email service, if you max out your mail quota your email program will stop working correctly. Any new arriving email will not be able to reach you. The jaws of life won't be able to reestablish your email program, unless you purchase more storage.

How this Occurs?

As new emails arrive at your email system (POP or IMAP) it is then sent to a personal area or space on your email services email server. Messages either stay on the server (IMAP), or are downloaded from the server (POP) when you check your email. Depending on email program settings those messages may stay on that email server for 3 days to over a month. If the amount of time a message stays on the server is to long, or a file attachment to large...you eventually run out of email storage space. Because your personal email space filled up, you are no longer able to receive emails.

How Email Space Relates to Customer Relations.

If you no longer can receive emails then your prospects or customers will not be able to connect or reach you. Building relationships with your prospects is essential in order to increase conversions rates for products or services your attempting to sell to your opt-in mailing list. Running out of email space frustrates your prospects or customers because they might have important questions for you. If you can't answer them because they can't reach you, they will begin to start thinking you don't care or you just want them to make profit for yourself.

How to fix this problem using Webmail in your panel.

With Webmail, you just simply delete the message you already viewed and no longer have use for. Then click purge deleted to clear storage space on your email server. This action also results in a quicker download of email messages when checking your mail.
